Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request a detailed breakdown of all of Windsor and Maidenhead council's expenditure in connection with the state visit of French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron from Tuesday, July 8 to Thursday, July 10, 2025.
Please provide the following information for the specified period:
- The total amount spent by the council on all activities related to the state visit
A list of all individual costs including but not limited to:
- Costs related to the erection of French and Union flags in Windsor town centre
- Costs related to road closures, traffic management and any other infrastructure changes
- Security costs which were borne directly by the council, not reimbursed by other agencies such as Thames Valley Police or the Home Office
- Costs for cleaning, waste management and environmental services
- Costs for official gifts and hospitality
- Any other expenses directly related to the state visit
