Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request a detailed breakdown of all of Windsor and Maidenhead council's expenditure in connection with the state visit of US President Donald Trump, from September 16 to September 19, 2025.
Please provide the following information for the specified period:
- The total amount spent by the council on all activities related to the state visit
A list of all individual costs including but not limited to:
- Costs related to the erection of US and Union flags in Windsor town centre
- Costs related to road closures, traffic management and any other infrastructure changes
- Security costs which were borne directly by the council, not reimbursed by other agencies such as Thames Valley Police or the Home Office
- Costs for cleaning, waste management and environmental services
- Costs for official gifts and hospitality
- Any other expenses directly related to the state visit
