I wish to make the following request for information under FOI.
1. Copy of the public register, list, or other record providing details of all licensed residential mobile home sites, as licensed under Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, and required to be maintained under Section 25 of the Act. In particular, the full name of the licence holder for each site, and the address for each licensed site. For clarity, I am not seeking copies of any application forms.
2. Copy of the fit and proper persons register, or any list or record that provides the information as required under regulation 5 and Schedule 1, The Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020. In particular, the full name of the applicants for fit and proper person registration, the address of each site for which and application has been received, together with details of the determination for each application, i.e. approved, refused (rejected) or still under assessment. For clarity, I am not seeking copies of any application forms.
I am making this request as I have been unable to find the relevant registers on your website. If the registers are published I would be grateful if you would provide the necessary links to the information on your website.
