I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please confirm whether your local authority directly employs a chartered civil or structural engineer - an individual with CEng MICE or CEng MIStructE - responsible for, or advising on the management of your highway's structures (i.e., on your authority’s payroll, not an outsourced contractor)? And if so, how should they best be contacted?
