Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please could you provide details of any smoking cessation services commissioned in community pharmacies.

Please could you confirm:
•    If you commissioned a smoking cessation service from any community pharmacy last financial year (April 2024 to March 2025) 
•    If any providers sub-contracted smoking cessation services to community pharmacy on your behalf last financial year (April 2024 to March 2025)

If a service was commissioned either directly, or via a sub-contracting arrangement, please could you provide in an excel document:

•    The total number of community pharmacies commissioned to provide smoking cessation services between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025
•    The NHS identifying codes (F-codes or ODS Code) of the commissioned pharmacies, or the full postal address of each commissioned pharmacy
•    The number of smoking cessation consultations (or confirmed quit attempts) provided by each pharmacy for each month between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025
