I wish to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

This request relates to the roadworks undertaken on Broadmoor Road, Hurley and Walthams, between 2 and 4 June 2025.

Please provide the following:

1. A copy of the traffic management plan for these works, including any requirement for temporary signals, signage, and guarding.

2. Records of site inspections and safety checks conducted during this period, including times and personnel responsible.

3. Details of any complaints, incident reports, or near-miss reports received relating to this stretch of road during the works.

4. Confirmation of whether 3-way temporary traffic signals were installed, and if so, the times they were operational.

5. Copies of any communications between RBWM and VolkerHighways concerning the roadworks during this period.
