Please also treat the following as a request for environmental information for the last 12 months relating to odour affecting Vicus Way and the adjacent recycling/sewage assets:
1. All odour complaints received to the current date: 08/08/2025 (dates/times, general location, brief description).
2. All officer attendance notes (time on site, duration, weather/wind, observations).
3. Correspondence with the site operator, Thames Water, and the Environment Agency about odour affecting our area.
4. The site’s current Odour Management Plan (or equivalent), audits/inspections, and any updates or corrective actions.
5. Any enforcement decisions considered (including rationale for action/no action, and any abatement notices served or considered).
6. Any monitoring data or meteorology analyses used to assess complaints.
