I am writing to request the following information as part of a Freedom of Information Request:
Specifically, regarding the felling of a Willow Tree at York Avenue/York Road junction I would like to request the following information:
1. The total cost involved in this process
2. The document pertaining to the assessment of this tree following official inspection.
3. Following this inspection, on what date Councillors were consulted regarding future action regarding the felling of the tree
4. Any comments from Councillors relating directly to the consultation (as in previous question).
5. What assessment has since been made of a potential incorrect judgement as to the condition of this tree and the need for felling.
