Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information regarding the expenditure of your local authority:
1. The total amount spent on food, drinks, and snacks by the local authority for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025, broken down by month.
2. A breakdown of the expenditure on food, drinks, and snacks by department or service area for the same financial years, broken down by month.
3. The total amount spent on catering services, including any contracts with external providers, for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025, broken down by month.
4. A list of events or occasions where food, drinks, and snacks were provided by the local authority, including the cost for each event, for the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025, broken down by month.
