It is my understanding that, following the end of their lease on 31st December 2025, Maidenhead Golf Club were offered a grace period of up to three months to vacate the Maidenhead Golf Course site. However, the club has now reportedly been told that it must vacate before 31st December, otherwise the club would incur a financial cost payable to RBWM.

Therefore, I would like to know the following:

1. Whether any grace period was originally offered to Maidenhead Golf Club
2. If applicable, whether this grace period has since been rescinded, and when (and by whom) this decision was made
3. If applicable, the projected financial revenue to the council should Maidenhead Golf Club wish to maintain a grace period of up to three months
4. Any correspondence in the last 24 months relating to this grace period between councillors and/or officers, and representatives of the club.
