              I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to properties within your borough that are registered as Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) or fall under private rented sector regulations.
For each relevant property, I kindly request the following details:
1.    Full Property Address
2.    Number of Bedrooms
3.    Number of Bathrooms
4.    Landlord’s Name and Correspondence Address (as permitted under Section 232 of the Housing Act 2004)
5.    Whether the property currently holds a valid HMO licence
6.    Name and contact details of any Managing Agent or Management Company registered with the council for the property
