Request

Could you please send me information on all recorded errors made by RBWM planning officers from 1st Dec 2024 to now. I presume that when mistakes are made, then these will be logged in a system, or via electronic communications.

By the use of the word error, I mean everything from accidental mistakes, deviations from policy/procedures etc, and everything that could be construed as an RBWM planning officer / staff position doing something they should not have done.

If this would take too much time, then could you please limit the scope of the request to errors relating to the following planning applications:
- 24/03045/FULL
- 25/00726/FULL
- 24/02031/FULL
