I would like to request a list of all pre-application advice requests received by the council between in the past 12 months, limited to proposals for:

•    10 or more residential units, or
•    Commercial or mixed-use developments of over 500sqm, or
•    Any development on greenbelt or other designated land

For each request, please provide:

•    The site address or description
•    The date of the request
•    A brief summary or title of the proposed development
•    The name of the applicant or agent (if available)
•    Whether a full planning application has subsequently been submitted.
