I am requesting this information under the Freedom of Information Act.
1.           How many injuries were reported by council staff (either fully employed or contractors) in 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25?
2.           For 2024/25 only, please break down reported injuries by the type of injury sustained and the staff member’s job role.
3.           How many assaults were reported by council staff (either fully employed or contractors) in 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25? This can include physical attacks or verbal abuse.
4.           For 2024/25 only, please break down reported assaults by the nature of assault, whether an injury was sustained, the nature of the injury if applicable, and the staff member’s job role.
