FOI001808 FOI Housing

I understand that the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead does not own housing stock directly. However, as a local authority with statutory housing responsibilities and nomination rights to Housing Association properties, I am requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding properties you have had access to or nomination rights for.

Specifically, I am requesting the following:
     1.    The number of properties that have become available to the Council via nomination agreements from Housing Associations in the last 6 months.
     2.    The number of 2-bedroom properties allocated to Band A applicants in the last 6 months.
     3.    The number of properties currently available or expected to become available in the next 3 months via nomination.
     4.    The average waiting time over the past 12 months for a Band A high priority applicant requiring a 2-bedroom property.

As these are nomination arrangements managed through the Council’s allocations process, I believe this information is held by the Council, even if the stock itself is not owned by RBWM.
