FOI001762 FOI Business Rates

Under the Freedom of Information Act of 2000, could you please provide me with the most up-to-date list of all Housing Associations occupying residential properties (Council tax) in your local authority.

Could you please provide the information in an excel spreadsheet and include the following fields :

(a) The current ratepayer of the property (only if a LTD company)

(b) Full Property Address (Number, Street, Postal Code, Town)

(c) The date the current ratepayer became liable for the council tax
(d) Occupied / Vacant status
(e)  Any relief the property is currently receiving including, but not limited to : mandatory, discretionary, empty rates relief etc 
Could you also please confirm the date that the data was generated.
