I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request for the following information:
Over the last 10 years (since April 2015):
• How many complaints have been made to this authority against gyms?
• How many separate gyms have had complaints made against them?
• What was the nature of these complaints?
• What action was taken by the enforcement authority?
• How many formal notices were issued (enforcement, prohibition, etc)?
• How many gyms were fined?
• What was the value of each fine?
• Was there any further legal action taken and if so, how many instances and what was the outcome?
• How many visits to gyms have been made to check on H&S, Environmental Health or Food Hygiene issues, and how many visits of each type?
• What was the outcome of each of these visits?
