While we understand the Council's obligation to address subsidence concerns, I am respectfully requesting the following before any action is taken:
Full Technical Evidence and Transparency
The public consultation referenced a structural engineer's report and cost-benefit analysis, yet this evidence has not been made publicly available. I am formally requesting under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
• Evidence or root samples actually found near the foundation. (Any root or soil analysis reports confirming physical root presence or damage near foundations.)
• Estimated costs for underpinning, root barrier installation, and tree management.
• Evidence that alternative engineering solutions were properly explored and costed.
