This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1. For each of the financial years between 2020/21 and 2024/25 inclusive, please provide:
a) the total planned capital receipts from asset sales
b) the actual total capital receipts from asset sales
c) a list of assets disposed of by the council, including the address, ward, property type, sales value and purchaser for each asset
2. For the financial year 2025/26, please provide:
a) a list of assets that have been decided to be disposed of, including the address, ward, property type and projected sales value for each asset,
b) list of assets that have already been disposed of, including the address, ward, property type, sales value and purchaser for each asset
c) the total planned capital receipts for asset sales
3. Please provide a copy of your asset disposal policy
