Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to your council's parking operations, covering the past three full financial years (2022/23 to 2024/25). This request excludes the current financial year.
1. Parking Income Breakdown
Please provide a breakdown of budgeted and actual income by year and by category, using the table below as a guide. This should include, where applicable, both on-street and off-street parking revenue streams, along with enforcement-related income (e.g., PCNs, bus lanes, CCTV, etc.).
Every fiscal year a council will be required to submit a balanced council budget, and the parking services will be required to provide a budget of what income they expect to generate. I am requesting what those budgeted forecasts were, and the actuals of what income was generated from each category.

• e) The council's overall total budget in each year, to provide proportional context
