A. With regard to the current highways maintenance contract between RBWM and Volker Highways I would like the following information concerning capital scheme elements of the contract only,
1. Are the estimates for each scheme or job prepared in-house or by the contractor?
2. What method is used to calculate the contractor’s payment for each scheme or job and by whom?
3. Is there a maximum size of Capital scheme, in financial terms, written into the contract?
B. Does RBWM have a formal contract with Project Design and for what period?
