As part of the call in process councillors are given an option for how they want their call in to be processed. Currently a councillor has the following options from the RBWM website:
- Only if the recommendation of the Head of Planning is to APPROVE
- Only if the recommendation of the Head of Planning is to REFUSE
- Irrespective of the recommendation of the Head of Planning
I believe these options were changed within the past few months, with the last option being a recent addition. Could you please provide me with the date that these options were last updated, what was changed, and the justification for the change.
