For this FOI request, I am only interested in changes made to the Addendum Scheme of Delegation.
This is referred to as "Part 5B - Addendum Scheme of Delegation" on the RBWM constitution webpage
Could you please provide me with all data relating to the changes made to part A5 in this document:
"Power to decline to determine application for planning permission or permission in principle."
Could you please detail exactly what was changed, the justification, and any comments or information from the approvers about this change. I anticipate there should be documents from a proposer whom suggested changes to this document, along with their justifications; then there should be review documents, approval documents and implementation documents.
