Regarding [Cllr Brar's] email of the 24th April 2024, please treat this as an FOI request for a copy thereof. Please also provide me with copies of any responding email [Brar] had from the Planning Department and of course, in relation to any email, please also provide copies of any attachments
I would ask you to produce a copy of the said instruction 28th April 2024 AND IN ADDITION I would like to see ALL communication between your department and the Applicant and/or [their] advisors had/made AFTER the Public Consultation Period for the application had expired (May 2024)
In addition, please disclose the Officers Report prepared and upon which the decision to grant the consent was made.
