FOI001453 FOI Parking

I would like to request any parking complaints raised about Powis Close, Maidenhead (SL6 3DP) regarding the nursery and the users of the nursery parking in Powis Close. I’d also like any response given to those complaints. I’m not sure how far back I can request or the volume of this – anything 2023 onwards would be ideal or the last 12 months.
The nursery was formally known as “Always Growing Maidenhead” but is now called “Little Red Hen Day Nursery”.

I’d also like to request, the council’s legal understanding of any parking or vehicular access restriction for customers of the nursery through Powis Close as the road is signposted “No Motor Vehicles – Except for access”
