2. In 2024 how many cases that you examined under this legislation did you serve a notice on the owner of the high hedge to take remedial action to reduce the nuisance?

3. For each case relating to Question 2 please provide me with a summary of (a) what was causing the problem, (b) what the problem was, and (c) what you ordered the high hedge owner to do to reduce/eliminate the problem?
