My questions are specifically: 
•    When was the roundabout construction approved by the council?
•    What percentage of residents consulted were in favour of the construction of the new roundabout?
•    What percentage of residents consulted were objecting to any new construction i.e. keeping the road layout the same as it was?
•    What is the current contractor appointing process employed by the council? 
•    How was the current build schedule of seven months decided upon?
•    Which contractor was appointed to carry out the works?
•    What is the construction schedule of these works over the next seven months?
•    Please provide the traffic management assessment in place for these works?
•    Please provide the impact to local residents assessment in place for these works?
•    Where is the source of funding for this road improvement scheme? 
•    How were the funds allocated for this scheme?
