FOI001179 FOI Parking

There is a no loading parking restriction in College Road, [...] It was introduced some years ago, either 2016 or 2017, I think. I would like to know how many PCNs have been issued for contravention of the restriction and how many of these have been subsequently been rescinded on appeal. I would like the information for each financial year please
