Please tell me which job positions within RBWM attract an employer pension contribution of ABOVE 16.6% and also tell me the % employer contribution RBWM pays in each position.

I am particularly interested to know what employer contribution is made or will be paid for any staff recently being brought back in house.

I am not interested in any individuals names, simply their job titles and the % employer pension contributions.
