I am interested in the latest budget proposal to increase council tax by 25%. I would like to see all correspondence (sent and received) between council officials of councillors and the department and/or Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government. My request covers the period 4/5/2023 to date. I am particularly centred on any correspondence that requests or supports increases above 4.9% and any responses from central government related to this issue.
