I am writing to request information from the council under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible:

According to the minutes of the Councillors' Questions meeting of 11 March 2024, Councillor Werner noted that they [the council] had initiated a "second shareholders panel" with the council-owned RBWM Property Company Ltd, in which "they had raised a number of issues with performance and asked for an improvement plan to urgently be put in place". This meeting took place on 12 February 2024. I would like a copy of the minutes for the meeting referred to here, as well as any material produced by the council for this meeting.

I would also like copies of the minutes/meeting materials for any further meetings between the council and RBWM Property Company Ltd since that date.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you please justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
