I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the provision of net zero carbon and energy consultancy services within Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council.

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

1.    Current Service Providers: The name(s) of the company or companies currently ap-pointed to provide net zero carbon and energy consultancy services, including but not limited to TM44s (Air Conditioning Inspections), DEC (Display Energy Certificates), and EPC (Energy Performance Certificates).
2.    Contract Renewal: The scheduled date for the renewal of the current contract or framework agreement for these services.
3.    Contract Award Value: The total value awarded under the contract or framework agreement for these consultancy services.
