I write to request information pursuant to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (the “EIR”).

I am seeking all correspondence between the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and [...] Jones Lang LaSalle. This correspondence was in relation to the planning application 22/03374/OUT - Land North and South Gays Lane Maidenhead. I therefore request, pursuant to the EIR, the following correspondence and all attachments held by or on behalf of RBWM:

•    all correspondence and attachments between [name] [email] and [planning officer] and [planning officer] (as below)
•    all correspondence and attachments between [planning officer] and JLL (as above)
