[...] we are interested in the locations of private (unlicensed) water supplies. Where possible, we would like the search to be conducted on a 3km radius outwards from the above grid reference. An area of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead would fall within this radius.

There is no requirement for ownership details, with the locations and type of supply/source (if known: aka surface water, shallow groundwater, chalk aquifer) being the predominate concern.
