I would be grateful if you could provide me with a list of all floating bus stops (also know as bus stop bypasses, shared use bus boarders (also called Copenhagen bus stops) or any variant on these bus stops designs which expect bus passengers to cross or step into a cycle lane to get on and off a bus in a table for all roads in your council boundaries please, with the following information:

•    Location, type of bus stop 
•    If any of the bus stops have been removed, with the location of where they were installed. 
•    Any new ones that are being planned for and there locations please
