Please tell me if the cost of maintaining pitches for Sports Clubs such as Windsor and Eton FC Youth is rolled up into the total contractual cost of maintaining parks. Or is a separate amount charged by the contractor on top of any other monies paid?

How much did RBWM charge in pitch fees and how much did RBWM collect in pitch fees from each club over the following years. (Please also provide invoice numbers and dates paid)?
