FOI000921 FOI Licensing

I have read in the local press that RBWM has decided not to defend a legal challenge brought by the Honeypot Bar. The challenge was against the Councils refusal to grant a licence renewal.

The press report says the refusal decision by the "Licensing  and Public Space Protection Order sub committee " was unanimous.

Please confirm the names of the Councillors who made this unanimous decision.

I would also like to know if RBWM paid for any independent outside legal advice in deciding not to defend the challenge, if so what was the cost ?
