For the past three full financial years (2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24), as well as any available data for the current financial year 2024/25, please state how much the council has spent on the following care homes:

- Dormy House (Address: Ridgemount Road, SL5 9RL)

For each care home listed, please provide a breakdown as to how much was spent by the council by financial year.
