Please can you provide me with the following information - under the freedom of information process.

•    How many council tax rate payers are paying council tax on properties which are not occupied due to the death of the owner (or due to a move into full time care). How many are paying more than the annual rate due to the amount of time post probate. Can this information cover the past 5 years.
•    How many retirement properties have been granted planning permission in the borough over the past 7 years. 
•    How many newly built retirement properties are currently not paying council tax due to the developer not having been able to sell or rent these properties following build.
•    How many retirement development and properties are currently in the planning permission process across the borough.
•    What is the current size of the council house (social housing) waiting list.
•    How many newly built retirement properties are currently not paying council tax due to the developer not having been able to sell or rent these properties following build.
•    Why is the borough council using the services of Capacitygrid and how much does the contract cost taxpayers each year.
