Can you please provide me with: 
•    The number of complaints received by the Revenues, Benefits, Library and Resident Services in each financial year from 2018/19 to the present date.
•    The number of these in each financial year that came from people referring to themselves as a ‘freeman of the land’ or ‘freeman on the land’.
