Please can you confirm if your authority has paid fees to any of your suppliers of Adult or Children care plus standard rated VAT (at 20%) at any time within the last six months?

If yes, can you confirm:

A) The names of the care provider organisations (adult and/or children services) who you are paying plus VAT at standard rate (20%).

B) When did the council start paying these providers VAT.
