2.
A breakdown of the number or percentage of self-build applicants by budget bands, if available (e.g. under £250,000; £250,001–£500,000; £500,001–£1,000,000; over £1,000,000) and location with a sub-heading specifically illustrating the requests for land in Cookham and those who can afford over £1m.
3.
A summary of how budget information from the self-build register (if collected) is used by the council in policy-making, land allocation, or planning decisions.
