Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information.

1)     Does any authority exist which permits the Freeholder of the property at the above address, namely P.Baldock & Sons to have direct access from their site into Queens Road Car Park.

2).    Does any authority exist which permits the Leaseholder of the property at the above address, namely Fast Lane to have direct access from their site into Queens Road Car Park.

3).    Does any authority exist that permits Fast Lane to load and unload their customers’ cars within the Queens Road Car Park.

4).     If any authority exists for the any of the above, I would also request full details of each such authority..
