I would like to request the following information in regard to The Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015, which implemented Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).

Since 2018 has the local authority undertaken: 
•    Any enforcement proceedings, or
•    Prosecuted anyone for non-compliance. 
•    If yes to either of the above requests, then the number of times for each with the relevant dates of issuance.

I would like you to provide this information in the table below
