We are trying to establish the number of claims for compensation that Local Authorities have received in relation to properties being listed as assets of community value (ACV) under the Localism Act 2011.
We would be grateful if you could take the time to confirm the number of ACV compensation claims that your Local Authority has received in the last 5 years (if any) and the level of compensation awarded in each case.
