No. 2 Rushington Avenue, I would like to request all correspondence regarding the reasons & decision to invest further public monies into this property and the return on investment calculations. It also appears that a very unsightly disabled access structure has begun to be constructed and ask what reasoning and consultation was taken for this need and all internal correspondence and costings this is incurring.
