I wish to know - (1) how many complaints have been received between 2017 and 2024 regarding noise nuisance from the nightclubs under the "Arches" below the Central Railway Station ? (2) How many of these complaints have come from residents of Bridgewater Lodge ? (3) If there were complaints from Bridgewater Lodge Residents, in which calendar year were these complaints lodged ? (4) Is the Council taking any enforcement action against the clubs as a result of noise complaints ?
