Between 16th October 2023 and 15th March 2024 Cookham Bridge was closed for repairs, and all vehicular traffic including the bus service was diverted, depriving Cookham of its bus service to Maidenhead.
During this time, RBW&M put an arrangement in place, whereby Cookham residents could sign up to the 'People to Places' charity transport service, and make one return journey to Maidenhead per week, entirely without charge. The charges being funded by RBW&M.
Question 1
How many People to Places membership fees were covered by the RBW&M under this arrangement during the period of bridge closure.
Question 2
How many trips in total, were funded by RBW&M under this arrangement. Please clarify whether single or return trips as I am trying to quantify the total cost.
