Under the freedom of information act, can you please provide a list of Council Tax accounts which have a credit balance. I am only interested in accounts for Limited Companies and Corporations and not individuals.

Please also provide the property address, the amount of credit, the name of the liable party/ratepayer/company and the year in which the credit arose.
