In December 2023 the Highways Department undertook the replacement of kerb stones at the junction of All Souls Road and Bouldish Farm Road, South Ascot. I wish to see the following items relating to this work: - the report that assessed the condition of the pre-existing kerb stones, which concluded they were in need of replacement (and any correspondence relating to the publication of that report) - the Council's specification for the new kerb stone works (including working drawings issued to any contractor) - the Council's assessment of the specification and need for the works with regards to the Public Sector Equality Duty - the Council's assessment of the specification and need for the works with regards to duties under The Highways Act 1980 - details on the appointment of a contractor to carry out the works: the tender process and appointment of contractor, with specifications and obligations in that appointment (I understand commercially sensitive material may be redacted from this element of the request)
